- Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are painted per order. Paintings are shipped approximately 8 to 12 business days after order is placed. If your item was damaged or lost during shipping please contact us here.
- Privacy & Security
- Project Picasso respects copyright laws so please make sure you own the rights or have permission to use the images you send us to paint. If you are unsure if you own the rights or have permission to use the image you most likely don’t. We have the right to reject any images that do not respect the copyright laws of the United States.
- We will never will never use, sell, promote, print or paint any images you submit without your written consent. You are the owner of the image you submit not us. Files you upload to our server will remain on our server for at least 6 months and may be deleted without any notification. If you want your image deleted from our servers please let us know and we will gladly delete it.
- To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
- If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
- Returns & Replacements
- We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guarantee. If for some reason you need a replacement or are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 30 days for a full refund of the product. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
- Ordering
- To make an order click on the “Add to Cart” button located next to the product. This will place items in your cart. When you’re ready to complete your order, click on the “Checkout” button located within your cart and follow the instructions.
- For custom orders, upload the image you want to paint and press the order button found on the top of the photo editing page. Follow the instructions and press the “Add to Cart” button located in the summary box. When you’re ready to complete your order, click on the “Checkout” button located within your cart and follow the remaining instructions.
